Smokestack’s approach to the blues is a unique mix of original songs, jazz and latin grooves, big toned harmonica and sophisticated slide guitar.

After the release of their debut cd “El Cobra” in 1999 the BBC invited the trio to record a session for the Paul Jones blues programme on BBC Radio 2.

in 2002 Smokestack released their second cd “Solid Gold” which received airplay on Jazz FM (London), BBC Radio 2 and several radio stations in the USA.

The trio have just released their third album “Something on your Mind” and continue to perform at festivals and blues clubs in the uk including Bushyfest, Isle of Man and the Bude Jazz Festival, Cornwall.
